Michael Kah has been a Notary Public since 1998 and is a member of the Australian College of Notaries. The witnessing and authentication process is dealt with great care and clients can be assured of confidentiality.

• Witnessing signatures to Affidavits, Statutory Declarations, Powers of Attorney, Contracts and other documents, for use in Australia and overseas;
• Verification of documents and identity for use in Australia and overseas;
• Certification of copies of documents for use in Australia and overseas;
• Providing documents with the Notary Seal and/or Notarial Certificate if required;
• Obtaining Authentifications or Apostilles from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
